Farm-Stay Activities

Kevin & Karen spend about 2 hours each day caring for the animals.. Any of our VRBO guests (see Guest House Rental tab) are welcome to join us in animal care. Unlike the Meet-n-greet (which is more aligned with watching, learning and loving on our animals), farm-care is doing the chores with us (i.e. you will be working).

Simply text Kevin to confirm when you would like to work. Below is an approximate schedule:

6:30- 6:45 Alpacas, Donkeys, Cats: hay, feed & water

10:00-11:00 Mucking stalls, repairing fencing, carting manure to forest

3:30-3:45 mid-day hay for Donkeys. Bunnies feed, hay & water check

7:30-8 pm Alpacas, Donkeys & bunnies— carrots, cucumbers…. ear scratching :-)
